Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 8833 Belair Road in Perry Hall, Maryland. We are 2 1/4 miles north of the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) exit 32. Coming north on Belair Road, we will be on your right, half way between Silver Spring Road and Joppa Road. We are in a small strip mall that has a red canopy. Parking is tight, so be careful.

Q: What are your store hours?
A: Our hours of operation are: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM.  Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We accept all major credit cards.

Q: Do you accept checks?
A: We accept checks with preprinted name and address, along with a photo ID drivers license. All checks must be approved by our check guarantee company. Money orders, cashier and certified checks are also welcome.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All returns must be in clean resalable condition, in the factory packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred. Positively no refunds after 30 days.
Electrical parts, once installed, are not returnable. They must be sent back to the factory for service.

Q: How do I place my order?
A: Contact Customer Service at 410-256-1200.  Tom or Brian will be happy to help with all your performance needs. We do not offer ordering via the internet at this time, however, we are constantly improving our website and may in the future.
